1. Installation of agitator and proportion of salty water

After the installation of the agitator, please open the circuit box to connect the circuit with different colorsmatching each other. Generally, the salt contained will be 22.4%, that is to say u need to add 29kg salt into the 100kg water. The paramters are as follows:

Put a certain quantity of water into the cooling slot before starting the machine so that the agitator will be operated regularly. Then put a certain proportional quantity of salt into the water so that it can be melted totally. Pay attention to the containing proportion of the salt in the salty water because the evaporator will be frozen if the salt is not enough. The salty water will be no higher than the upper part of the insulating plate and no lower than the required lever, otherwise, the agitator will not work regularly. We will not be responsible for problems resulting from the salty water. Please look at the followig drawings:

1. The voltage will be AC380V and this electricty connnection shoudl be finished by the specialists. The main power is controlld by the the air-switch in the electricity-box. After the connection of the power, the temperature-controller will buzz as a siginal and press any bottons to stop the sound.

C.  Pay attention that do try the power-button before the formal operation of the ice makers and also check plug of the circuit. Please refer to the following method for examination:

Check that the arrow direction on the leaves of fan motor and the rotating direction of agitator is in accordance with the required directions.  Air from the condensing motor will be towards the compressors and please also check figures showed in the pressure indicator of the cooling equipment to make sure that the suction-pressure should be lowered while the exhausting pressure will be elevated. If this is not in accordance with the standard requirements, please restart the machines.

1. Check the oil quantity in the compressor before starting the ice maker to ensure that the oil level should be from 1/4 to 3/4 in the container.
